Manila Philippines – Your Public Service Channel, the UNTV 37, in partnership of the Group of the “Ang Dating Daan (ADD)” (The Old Path) launched its newest benevolent project that would benefit the abandoned and homeless children from birth up to the age of two and a half.
Each child will be taken cared by sufficiently trained caregivers for children, for a year with the help of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Then after a year, the child will be endorsed to the DSWD for further and appropriate care.
The CEO of UNTV 37, Dr. Daniel S. Razon, publicly known as Mr. Public Service and Bro. Eliseo F. Soriano, Founder of the ADD Foundation and the Presiding Minister of the Members Church of God International (MCGI) happily introduced their newest project to help the needy infants and children which in a way, also helps the government augment its scarce resources.
The ADD Group in partnership of UNTV 37 is also known in the Philippines for their novel and unprecedented charity projects such as the UNTV News and Rescue Team which is the first in the Philippines or even in the world. It can even be considered a model service channel and is undeniably being copied by other television networks.
Despite of being duplicated, UNTV 37 gladly welcomes the emulation as good deeds are being multiplied for the benefit of the many. Another novel project and among the many charity works of the two groups is its Transient Home which offers temporary abode for homeless individuals for free with free meals and facilities.
