The Malinta Tunnel was used as a hideout of the Americans during World War II while fighting the Japanese in the island of Corrigidor, Bataan, Philippines.
Tourists were instructed not to stay long at the entrance of the tunnel because of falling stones and debris as the tunnel was already very old.
